Answer this one: Why is lack of regular exercise a major risk factor for heart disease?
A half a glass of wine a day is good for the heart and the lifespan, new research says. An American Heart Association study found that men who had 1.5 ounces of wine a day over a period of years were less likely to die from heart disease and other health problems than men who didn't drink at all or who drank more. The benefits of wine didn't extend to other alcoholic beverages.
